生產於南投中央山脈一帶，海拔高於1000公尺以上稱之為高山。
因茶葉柔軟，葉肉厚，果膠質含量高，故色澤翠綠鮮活、滋味甘醇帶有特殊奶香、香氣淡郁。
耐沖泡，茶湯輕柔綿密，入口奶香略帶鮮味，尾韻甘甜。

Alishan oolong tea is hand plucked and made from Jin Xuan tea which grown in height of 700 ~ 1,300m. Alishan Mountain plantations in the ecologically clean environment where have the most ideal region and climate for teas growing.

Alishan oolong tea can be multiple steeping and still keep its original taste after several steeps. Its tea liquor is in golden color with floral aroma.  

Alishan is one of the best and the most famous oolong from Taiwan. This gives to the tea taste is very sweet, smooth and fruity with Fragrance. The great taste earns a good reputation for Alishan oolong teas.
